These customers had more weeds than grass. The best option is to do a total kill off. After we have killed off the lawn we then dethatch and pick up all dead clippings to ensure good seed to soil contact. We then apply a starter fertilizer to help kick the seed off and to give it everything it needs to thrive; Thus making a lush green lawn come spring.
