Family-owned and operated, Galvan's Lawn and Landscape offers a level of personalized service you simply won’t find anywhere else. Having served in the military for over a decade, Alberto Sr. started Galvan’s Lawn and Landscape with nothing more than a wrench, ratchet, and push mower.


Fast forward to 2001, and Alberto Galvan the 2nd joined the company at the young age of 13. Together they’ve built a company that serves Lee’s Summit and the surrounding areas using state-of-the-art lawn equipment and a natural talent for rejuvenating lawns.

We specialize in landscape installation and maintenance, lawn care, and irrigation. We strive to grow our business with the honesty and integrity we give our clients and employees.

Your initial consultation and project bid are completely free. There is no charge for our team to visit your property, discuss your ideas, and prepare an initial estimate. Fees apply only if you choose to move forward with professional design services, such as a custom 3D rendering.

  • How far in advance are landscaping and hardscaping projects typically scheduled?

    Landscaping and hardscaping projects are generally scheduled about one month in advance. Timing may vary based on the season, weather, and project scope.

  • How long does a typical project take?

    Project timelines vary based on the type, size, and complexity of the work. We will provide a more specific schedule once the project scope has been finalized.

  • Do I need to be home while the crew is working?

    No. You do not need to be home as long as our crew has the access and information needed to complete the work.

  • How should I prepare my property before work begins?

    Please make sure all pets remain safely inside and that our crew can access the necessary gates and work areas. If a gate requires a code, please provide it before the project begins.

  • How do you protect the surrounding property during construction?

    Our team uses cones to identify and secure active work areas while the project is underway.

  • Who should I contact with questions during the project?

    You may contact your original designer or the production manager with any questions while your project is in progress.

  • What cleanup is included when the project is complete?

    Our team completes a full cleanup of the project site after the work is finished.

  • What are your current design fees, and what does each design package include?

    Our current design packages and pricing are outlined on the Design Packages page of our website. Each package includes different levels of planning and design support, allowing you to select the option that best fits your project.

  • Is the design fee applied toward the project if I hire Galvan’s for the installation?

    Yes. If you hire Galvan’s to complete the installation, your design fee will be applied toward the project.



  • Do you have a minimum project size or service charge?

    No, we do not have a minimum project size or minimum service charge.

  • Do you provide free estimates?

    Yes. The initial consultation and project estimate are free. Fees apply when a customer chooses to move forward with a design package or 3D rendering.

  • Do you offer financing or payment plans?

    Yes, financing options are available. Contact our team to discuss your project and determine which financing options may apply.

  • s a deposit required before work begins?

    Yes. Our standard payment schedule is:


    25% due when the agreement is signed


    25% due when work begins


    Remaining 50% due when the project is completed

  • How are change requests handled after a project begins?

    If you request a change, your designer will meet with you to review your needs. The designer will then update the project plans and any related pricing before the revised work moves forward.

  • Which cities and neighborhoods do you serve?

    We serve the greater Kansas City area, including but not limited to:

    Our primary service area is greater Kansas City, but we may travel as far as the Lake of the Ozarks depending on the project. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.
